President Karol Nawrocki appointed the New Constitution Council. The first members received their official appointments.
The team’s objective is to develop a draft of a new constitution, as announced by Nawrocki in his first address following his inauguration.

During a ceremony at the Royal Castle, the first members of the Council received their appointments.
Council Composition
According to presidential spokesperson Rafał Leśkiewicz, the Council will include representatives from parliamentary clubs and caucuses, experts, and individuals with diverse perspectives on law and the current constitution.
