Incident at Pole Mokotowskie Station
A dangerous incident involving a passenger occurred at the Pole Mokotowskie station on the M1 line of the Warsaw Metro. The injured person was struck by a train and, after being extricated, was attended to by paramedics and transported to a hospital.
Initial reports indicate the injured individual was between the train and the platform. Two fire crews and a medical team were dispatched to the scene, providing aid before transporting the passenger to the hospital.
Major Disruptions to Metro Service
The incident caused serious disruptions to the operation of the M1 line. Four stations were closed, and train traffic was rerouted to operate in two loops.
Replacement bus service was launched for passengers.

The M1 line is currently operating in loops between Młociny and Centrum, and Wilanowska and Kabaty.
Replacement Bus Route
Bus line ZM1 is being launched as a replacement for the metro, running from Metro Wilanowska 12 – Al. Niepodległości – Batorego – Waryńskiego – Plac Konstytucji – Marszałkowska – Metro Świętokrzyska.
