Legal Consequences for Traffic Offense

Following the discovery of this dangerous violation, officers stopped the driver for inspection. Due to exceeding the speed limit by more than 50 km/h in a built-up area, his driver’s license was suspended for three months.

The case has been forwarded to the District Court in Pruszków with a request to penalize the driver.
