Polish Poll: Civic Coalition Leads, Confederation Gains Ground

Current Governing Coalition Faces Challenges

The Polish People’s Party (PSL) at 4.2% and Poland 2050 at 1.2% would fall below the parliamentary threshold, as would the Razem party with 3.1% support.

Civic Coalition Strong with Seniors and City Dwellers

The Civic Coalition, led by Donald Tusk, draws its strongest support from older voters and residents of major cities. It enjoys over 45% support among those over 70 and 40-49 year olds, but only 12.7% among 18-29 year olds.

Generational Shift to the Right: Young Voters Favor Confederation

Among the youngest voters, the political landscape shifts towards the Confederation party.

Law and Justice Dominates Among 60+ Demographic

The main opposition party, Law and Justice (PiS), maintains a loyal electorate among seniors (37% in the 60+ age group) and those with vocational education (over 44%). Support among those under 30 is only 7%.

The IBRiS poll for Polsat News was conducted between April 8-13, 2026, using the CATI method. Declared voter turnout is 62.7%, with 5.3% of respondents undecided.
