On Tuesday morning at about 7:00 a guard passing a trash shelter near Raabe 7 heard loud, desperate puppy whines. He entered a bin and discovered a plastic bag containing a litter of newly born puppies; only one was alive, while the other four had already died.

The guard immediately notified the City Guard of Warsaw and the police. An eco‑patrol unit was dispatched to the address, seized the living pup and transported it to the Paluch Shelter for further care.
