As of April 24, 2025, Santander Bank Polska S.A. has been officially registered as Erste Bank Polska S.A. in the National Court Register.
Bank leadership states the transition combines Erste’s regional strength with local expertise to better support Polish businesses and the economy.
New Branding and Visual Identity
The new blue logo has been implemented across all platforms, including branches, the website, ATMs, and digital banking services.
Extensive communication efforts have been underway throughout the year to build brand awareness.

Digital banking platforms have been updated with new names: Erste online for individual and SME clients, while iBiznes24 and Mini Firma/Moja Firma plus remain unchanged for corporate clients.
The mobile app will automatically update for users, and no re-download is necessary.
New Offerings and Subsidiary Branding
New savings accounts with tiered interest rates based on financial activity will be available in mid-May.
A “Waluty bez granic” (Currencies without Borders) package will be offered with Smart accounts for travelers, alongside a new eSIM service for international internet access.
Subsidiaries have also been rebranded, including Erste Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych, Erste Leasing, and Erste Factoring, among others.
